Right to cancel

  • You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [INSERT: your name, geographical address and, where available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
  • You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
  • Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
  • The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

Returning your product

If you purchased your product online, you can arrange a refund, exchange or repair.

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone.

Separately to the 14 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: It is illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads, pavements or cycle paths. They are intended only for use on private land with the owner’s permission. 

WARRANTY: SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY WARE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTOUCHED AND UNUSED- WITHIN 7 DAYS. 

Faulty products

As with store purchases, we’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.

How much will customers pay for return delivery?

For defective products £19.99
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way.
For customer remorse £19.99
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or they no longer want the item.

Cancelling an order

If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 0121 769 0829 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.

If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call our contact centre on 0121 769 0829to discuss an exchange or refund.

If your order has been booked with our courier at the time of cancellation then customer will be charged the relative postage costs, free standard shipping options will incur a £9.95 charge. Next day delivery will incur a £19.95 charge.

Below is a sample cancellation letter; which can also be emailed to: [email protected]. Please do not send items to the address below as they will not be accepted as a return. The returns address for each item you receive will be provided at point of delivery.
